Ko Reviews Posted January 30 Share Posted January 30 - -Rep. both times for Valorant and Fortnite I’ve had to wait a month to get support or some sort of response. Obviously I didn’t want to be annoying and spam but I did ping once or twice daily. Products are good I think undetected but that means nothing to me if by the time I’m able to use the product , my life is busy again and I can’t use the product I bought anymore. Maybe I’m the only one with this issue but I don’t think it’s worth waiting that long for any product from any service. Valorant deluxe I waited 2-3 weeks for a reponse while stealth was updating. Fortnite I waited 2 weeks for some sort of support, I tried their instructions didn’t work, they offered a refund I sent all the necessary information , waited another 2-3 weeks of constantly pinging them, got my ticket closed , opened a new one they asked for the refund info again I sent it again. Products work fine, the customer service sucks. In the end I did get my refund tho so their trustable and legit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
